The Archangel Michael Defeating the Devil, circa 1750

Pinewood, glass eyes, gold, silver, gilt copper, imitation emerald gemstones, fabric, glue and iron.
Carved polychrome wood, gilded using “coquilla” brushed gold leaf technique, carnation, silver applied using silver gilding or “corladura” technique, glued fabric, silver filigree and thin sheets of gilt copper.
