This unpublished work is probably the most important and best painted cell cross of Josepha Sánchez that is known so far. These crosses are abundant in Spanish monasteries and convents, but there are very few that are signed.
In the center the image of the crucified Christ, with his eyes half open and expression of suffering and pain. On its sides are San Francisco de Asis and San Antonio de Padua and at its feet is the Immaculate Virgin.
